Work doesn’t end when the website launches — it just calms down. The good news is that for a modern custom-built site, maintenance is minimal — no constant plugin updates like with WordPress.

Content matters most. Have you changed prices, opening hours or your offer? The website should reflect it. Outdated information looks worse than none and can drive a customer away right away.

A static site has no database or login, so it offers attackers few targets. The encrypted connection (HTTPS) renews automatically on a modern cloud. That removes a large part of the risks that plague ordinary websites.
Small changes and growth
Over time you may want to add a new section, article or photos. That’s why I build sites cleanly, so they’re easy to extend. The website grows with your business instead of going stale.
